Engagement Manager
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and coordinate with our team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Role description
- Manage client engagements from inception to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
- Fluent English skills required; German is a plus.
